How sure are you that your business is being noticed and observed by your target market?
Most business owners are unaware if they are being noticed or not by their clients. They are confident that their original strategy is still working, and they believe that they do not need any creative development and adapt to the latest business trend. Although sticking to your original plan/strategy is quite fair, but how will you know that it will carry you towards your goal (getting more sales and customers). For you to gain more sales and customers, you should build rapport not only with your regular clients but also with your potential clients.
